When several teeth in a row are missing, we usually place implants at each end of the gap and bridge between them. The bridge carries the teeth in the middle without needing a root under each one.
Where the gaps are scattered rather than in a row, separate implants often make more sense. Which way round depends on where your teeth actually are.
This is the middle ground. You have lost more than one tooth but you still have plenty of your own, and you want to keep them.
A partial denture sits on the gum and clips onto your own teeth. It moves when you eat, and over time the clips wear on the teeth holding them.
Implants pass the chewing load into the bone instead. Nothing clips to your own teeth, and nothing comes out at night.

Honestly, the timeline varies: a new tooth can be ready within hours in the best case, or take the better part of a year in the most involved one. Step through the sequence.
A CBCT scan shows where the bone is and how much of it there is. We work out how few implants can carry the teeth you are missing.
The standard route. A Camlog or Straumann implant, an abutment, and a zirconia crown from our own laboratory.
A two-piece ceramic implant with a zirconia crown, for patients who want no metal in the mouth at all. Very few clinics in Europe offer this.
Where bone quality is good and the tooth is coming out anyway, the implant can go in at the same visit with a temporary crown straight away.
Cost depends on how many implants you need and what sits on top. These are the published component prices your quote is built from.
Prices are indicative. The exact price of your treatment is worked out at your first consultation, once we have seen the X-rays. GBP figures are converted for guidance at about 427 HUF to the pound.

Fewer than the number of teeth you are missing. Two implants can often carry three or four teeth. The scan gives us the exact answer.
