CosmoDent has placed more than 20,000 implants, fitted more than 60,000 crowns and made more than 30,000 dentures.

CosmoDent holds TEMOS “A” category certification for international dental care, which it has now been awarded three times. TEMOS assesses private healthcare providers treating international patients.

CosmoDent works as a single clinic with specialists in every dental field rather than referring you elsewhere. The team includes specialists in implantology, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontology, orthodontics, paediatric and restorative dentistry. Dr Zoltán Óvári, the founder, specialises in implantology and treatment under general anaesthetic.

Yes. The clinic’s dentists, assistants and back-office staff are multilingual, and patient coordinators handle enquiries from UK patients directly.

Diagnosis, planning, treatment and the dental laboratory are all under one roof. On site there is digital X-ray, CBCT scanning, skull and cephalometric X-ray, an intraoral scanner and a Modjaw bite registration system, alongside the clinic’s own dental laboratory.

How much does treatment cost?

Fixed prices for the main treatments: All-on-4 for both jaws (lower fixed, upper removable and palate-free) from €17,000. A premium option with six implants in the upper jaw and four in the lower, both fixed with aesthetic zirconia bridges, from €27,000. Full-mouth functional rehabilitation with zirconia crowns and bridges, €13,000–€18,000. A lower total denture retained by two implants with telescopic crowns, €4,000. Ceramic implants with zirconia crowns from €1,700. Immediate implants with an immediate temporary crown from €1,000. Aligner orthodontics from €2,300. Microscopic root canal treatment from €300–€600.

Because CosmoDent does not compete on price. The clinic uses high-quality materials only, keeps specialists in every field in-house, runs its own digital laboratory and works to a German quality assurance system. On complex full-mouth cases the difference against a UK private quote is still substantial, but the clinic’s position is that quality matters more than price.
