Costs depend on the treatment and your individual clinical needs. The guide prices shown above give you an indication of costs, and following a free assessment we can provide a written, itemised quote for your own treatment.
Because we’re not competing on price — we’re a premium clinic, and that shows in the materials we use, the equipment on site, and the clinicians treating you. Choosing the cheapest quote can mean lower-grade implant systems, materials, or aftercare, and that’s where the real cost of “cheap” shows up later. We’d rather be honest about being priced for quality than win you on a number and let you find that out afterwards.
Yes. Once we’ve assessed your scan and X-rays and given you a written quote, that’s the price for the treatment plan we’ve agreed — it won’t change once you’re in the chair. If you later decide to add treatment beyond what was quoted, that extra work is priced and agreed separately before we go ahead.
All our prices are in pounds (£), so what you see quoted is exactly what you’ll pay — no currency conversion or exchange-rate guesswork.
Your consultant will talk you through the full payment schedule — what’s due and when — during your consultation, once your treatment plan is confirmed.
We don’t currently offer patient finance or payment plans. What we do offer instead is a clear, written quote agreed before treatment starts, so there are no surprise costs to finance in the first place.

Yes. Send your details and the clinic’s patient coordinators will come back to you. Coordinators are available from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday (Budapest time, one hour ahead of the UK).

Not necessarily. CosmoDent works as a multidisciplinary clinic, so different stages of your treatment may be carried out by different specialists. For example, implant surgery may be performed by an oral surgeon, while your final crown or bridge is planned and fitted by a prosthodontist. Your treatment is coordinated as one overall case.

No — CosmoDent is a premium dental clinic and does not offer travel packages. We don’t arrange pick-up and drop-off, and we don’t book accommodation on your behalf. What we do have is an association with an accommodation provider in the building next to the clinic: we can refer you to them, and as a CosmoDent patient you’ll get access to exclusive, discounted pricing available only to our patients. From there, you deal with them directly to book your stay — we simply make the introduction.
The clinic is open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 7pm, and Friday from 8am to 4pm. It is closed at weekends. Budapest is one hour ahead of the UK.
The clinic is in Buda at the BAH junction, served by bus routes 139, 140, 140a, 212, 8E, 108E, 110 and 112, and by trams 17 and 61.

Guarantee terms depend on the treatment, restoration and materials used. Your treatment documentation will specify the guarantee that applies to your case, together with any conditions relating to professional maintenance, oral hygiene and recommended check-ups. Manufacturer warranties may also apply to certain implant components.

The clinic offers Camlog and Straumann implant systems, and ceramic implants for patients who prefer metal-free treatment. Crown and bridge work includes layered and monolithic zirconia, e.max and metal-ceramic options. Metal-free prosthetics are available even for implant-supported removable dentures.
In the clinic’s own digital dental laboratory on site. CosmoDent also works with a partner laboratory in Germany and operates a German quality assurance system.
