Full mouth treatment replaces the teeth in both jaws at once. It is not a bigger version of a single implant. The whole bite is redesigned first, then built.
You do not need one implant per tooth. A small number of implants can carry a full bridge, because the bridge spreads the load across all of them.
How many implants, and what sits on top, depends on your bone and your bite. We settle that after the scan.
The point is simple. If the teeth that are left cannot carry the work, you get better results by starting again than by patching.
We start with how your jaw moves, not with the teeth. Modjaw bite registration records the movement, and the plan is built around it.

Honestly, the timeline varies: a new tooth can be ready within hours in the best case, or take the better part of a year in the most involved one. Step through the sequence.
A CBCT scan, an intraoral scan, and a full look at what is left. We record how your jaw moves. Only then do we design the new bite.
Failing teeth come out. Where the bone is thin, we build it up. Grafted bone needs six to nine months to heal before implants go in.
Under local anaesthetic, or a general if you would rather. The gum is opened, the sites are prepared, and the implants are fitted into the bone. Stitches come out about a week later.
The bone grows onto the implants and grips them. That takes three to four months, and longer if you had a graft.
Our own technicians build the final teeth. You try them in, we adjust until they feel right, then they are fixed in place.
