Four implants go into each jaw. The two at the back are placed at an angle. That angle is the whole idea: it lets them reach the solid bone at the front, and skips the thin bone at the back.
One bridge is then fixed onto all four. It comes out only when your dentist unscrews it for cleaning.
Because the back implants tilt into better bone, many people avoid grafting altogether. That saves six to nine months of healing and a whole stage of treatment.
It will not suit everyone. If the bone at the front is also gone, we will tell you and suggest something else.
Our All-on-4 package covers both jaws for €17,000. The lower teeth are fixed. The upper is removable and has no plate across the roof of your mouth, so you keep the taste of your food.

A full mouth rebuild is a big decision. It helps to hear how it actually went for someone else.
Honestly, the timeline varies: a new tooth can be ready within hours in the best case, or take the better part of a year in the most involved one. Step through the sequence.
A CBCT scan shows exactly where your solid bone sits. That is what decides the angle of the back implants. We plan the positions before you sit in the chair.
Teeth that cannot be saved come out. In many cases this happens on the same day as the implants go in.
Two implants go in straight at the front. Two go in at an angle at the back. Under local anaesthetic, or a general if you prefer.
The bone grips the implants over three to four months. You are not left without teeth during this time.
The final bridge is built here, tried in, adjusted until the bite is right, then fixed onto the implants.

Because a bridge spreads its load. Four well-placed implants can carry a full arch, and angling the back two reaches the strongest bone you have.
Not by you. The lower bridge is fixed and only your dentist can unscrew it. In our package the upper arch is removable, and it has no plate across the roof of the mouth.

Often not, and that is the main appeal of All-on-4. The angled back implants use bone that is already there. The scan gives us the answer.
