Full-mouth treatment replaces the teeth in both jaws at once. It is not a bigger version of a single implant. The whole bite is redesigned first, then built.
You do not need one implant per tooth. A small number of implants can carry a full bridge, because the bridge spreads the load across all of them.
How many implants, and what sits on top, depends on your bone and your bite. We settle that after the scan.

We start with how your jaw moves, not with the teeth. Modjaw bite registration records the movement, and the plan is built around it.

Honestly, the timeline varies: a new tooth can be ready within hours in the best case, or take the better part of a year in the most involved one. Step through the sequence.
A CBCT scan, an intraoral scan, and a full look at what is left. We record how your jaw moves. Only then do we design the new bite.
Failing teeth come out. Where the bone is thin, we build it up. Grafted bone needs six to nine months to heal before implants go in.
Under local anaesthetic, or a general if you would rather. The gum is opened, the sites are prepared, and the implants are fitted into the bone. Stitches come out about a week later.
The bone grows onto the implants and grips them. That takes three to four months, and longer if you had a graft.
Our own technicians build the final teeth. You try them in, we adjust until they feel right, then they are fixed in place.

No. You are not sent home with nothing. We fit temporary teeth so you can eat and be seen in public while the implants heal.
Fewer than you think. A fixed bridge can sit on four implants per jaw, or six where the bone allows. The scan tells us which suits you.
Not fully. One trip typically covers extractions, implant placement and temporary teeth. The final permanent bridge needs a second trip 3–6 months later, once the implants have fused with the bone. Your dentist will tell you exactly how many visits you’ll need after an examination, based on your dental health.
It can be. Local anaesthetic is standard, but we offer sedation or a general if you would prefer to sleep through it.
